Pres. Gore: Palin May Have Been Involved in JFK Assassination

Stating that he could no longer ignore mounting evidence, Pres. Gore announced today that the Justice Dept.would initiate an investigation into Alaskan Gov. and Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin's possible involvement in the JFK assassination.  Gore stated, "Recent evidence disclosed by MSNBC and the Daily Kos cannot be ignored.  Evidently, it is possible that a witness exists who saw a woman resembling Sarah Palin running from the infamous grassy knoll on that fateful day.  Also, there is additional circumstantial evidence that cannot be dismissed.  It is well known that Gov. Palin owns a hunting rifle, knows how to load and use it, and has bragged that she is an excellent marksman.  This evidence, combined with the recent allegations of official misconduct by Gov. Palin indicates that she may be capable of anything.  Gov. Palin is known to associate with several right wing individuals and organizations,  including very religious people, military supporters, and hunters.  MSNBC also recently disclosed that Palin's favorite college professor once attended a Pro-Vietnam War demonstration in front of the U. S. Capital.  How well do we know Sarah Palin?  Do we really know what or who might be buried in the crawl space of her home"?  Despite the aforementioned accumulative and what some are calling overwhelming evidence, Republicans and right wing political pundits immediately expressed disbelief and alleged that the investigation is politically motivated.  They also pointed out that Palin was not alive when Kennedy was shot.  Gore responded, "These right wingers forget that I once attended Vanderbilt University Law School.  I believe that the age issue is a mitigating circumstance that should be considered at a sentencing hearing.  It should not stand in the way of an indictment and subsequent conviction".
